We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Allen Park, MI area.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while observing and reporting changes in condition to support comfort and quality of life
Support and guide patients and caregivers by reinforcing the care plan, offering emotional support, and helping them understand what to expect during the hospice journey
Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory
