The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions at an outpatient clinic, potentially partnering with school staff to support students in educational environments. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, along with Wisconsin licensure or eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Essential qualifications include experience working with youth, families, and trauma-informed care, alongside strong adaptability and communication skills.
As a part-time Fee-for-Service Therapist, you’ll provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients at our outpatient clinic in Milwaukee, with the potential opportunity to partner with school staff in local school districts to bring mental health support to students in their educational environments. With a focus on trauma-informed care, you’ll help clients achieve lasting change while enjoying the flexibility to shape your schedule. This role will also provide equine-assisted therapy services at Milwaukee Urban Stables. What You’ll Do Deliver therapy sessions at the outpatient clinic. Create personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of youth and families. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely client documentation. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and required trainings. Why Join Us?
