The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for assessing residents' needs and developing individual care plans for patients. This role also involves the supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
Candidates must possess a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice and demonstrate the ability to assess residents' needs and develop care plans. A passion for making a difference and the ability to follow all governing state and federal rules are also required.
