Salary
$45 - $53 / HOUR
Provide high-quality home care therapy to adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on helping them regain strength and mobility. This includes visiting patients in their homes and maintaining simple digital therapy documentation.
Candidates must possess an active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant license along with a BLS CPR certificate and must have reliable personal transportation. Some comfort with technology such as email, texting, and tablets is also required, though training will be provided.

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $45 – $55 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Eligible employees may participate in the IHT’s 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements. Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
