include following individual service plans, administering prescribed treatments, making rounds, and documenting resident status changes. The role also involves handling medication preparation and administration, supervising diet intake, and completing necessary assessments and reports.
Candidates must possess a current LPN license and be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English. The role requires the physical ability to lift at least 51 lbs regularly and assist residents needing physical support, with potential experience needed for memory care areas.
