Care Partners provide compassionate and personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence, privacy, and dignity. Responsibilities also include encouraging participation in life enrichment activities and assisting with light housekeeping duties.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and must have or be able to obtain a current First Aid and CPR license. Desired qualifications include experience with memory care, strong communication skills, a teamwork mindset, empathy, patience, and a willingness to participate in weekend rotations.

This position is at Pelican Pointe by Cogir in Klamath Falls, OR. We are hiring for Day Shift 545a-2p and NOC shift 945p-6a.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. Experience, Competencies, and Skills: Experience with memory care is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset. Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating our residents with dignity and respect. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity. Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
