The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for screening, evaluating, re-evaluating, creating discharge plans, and making revisions to the established plan of care under physician supervision. This role involves direct patient care activities within the scope of the profession.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and hold active state licensure. ASHA (CCC) Certification or actively seeking CCC Certification via CFY is also required.
