The Certified Nurses Aide will complete home health visits for adult and geriatric clients, providing essential care as part of a multi-disciplinary health care team. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, vital sign checks, and medication assistance to enable clients to remain at home.
BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Certified Nurses Aide, CNA for a per-diem opportunity to complete home health visits to adult and geriatric clients located throughout York County, South Carolina.
As a Home Health CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health CNA, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Must have access to reliable transportation.
