Job Description Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time Float Convenient Care / Urgent Care / Walk-In Clinics Location: Missouri & Kansas Schedule: Part-Time (0.6 FTE, 24 hours/week) Shifts: 12-hour shifts; every 3rd weekend rotation Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in a part-time float role supporting Convenient Care, Urgent Care, and Walk-In Clinic locations across Missouri and Kansas.
A part-time float does not have a permanent clinic, but will travel to any of the 8 convenient care and 3 urgent care locations throughout the KC metro.
The schedule is variable in order to cover vacations, absences, or help with volumes at busy locations.
Part-time APPs work 24 hours a week, with some opportunity for more hours if desired.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in retail and urgent care clinic settings Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic tests Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions Deliver health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness education Support health promotion initiatives within the clinic setting Utilize strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills Float between clinic locations and adjust scheduling to meet patient demand and market needs
