Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families. Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as prescribed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members. Assist with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed treatment plans. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass background checks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
