Therapeutic Staff Support positions provide crucial one-on-one support services to children and adults in home or community settings, assisting with daily living activities such as preparing meals, administering medication, and providing transportation. Responsibilities also include implementing individual support plans, ensuring safety, encouraging community engagement, observing behavior, and maintaining necessary records.
Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years old with a valid driver's license and official transcripts. Required education is either a Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience working with children with ID or mental health, OR an Associate's degree/60 credit hours plus four years of relevant experience.

Passavant Memorial Homes is currently seeking responsible, caring, and dedicated people to fill full-time Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) positions in the Plum area. Available full-time positions consist of Block Shifts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) and Split Block Shifts (Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday). Block Shifts are a condensed work week and require staying overnight at the resident in an on-call capacity.
