The technologist will operate mammography equipment to produce images, document patient history, and provide compassionate care and breast education. Key duties include performing quality control measures and accurately entering patient information into the Radiology Information System (RIS).
Candidates must be a Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification (ARRT (R)(M)) and possess at least one year of experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography exams. Basic knowledge of MQSA, ACR guidelines, and quality control/assurance practices is also required.
