The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for treating patients and delegating appropriate patient care tasks to technician staff. Essential functions include safely treating patients, completing daily billing and documentation, and modifying home exercise programs as necessary.
A minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program is required, though graduation from such a program is preferred. Candidates must be computer literate and licensed as a physical therapy assistant in either Tennessee or Mississippi based on the work location.

Skills & abilities
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program preferred. Minimum of an Associate's Degree required.
Previous experience in the outpatient setting is preferred.
Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.
Must be licensed as a physical therapy assistant in the state of Tennessee or Mississippi, depending on the assigned work location.
