• AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements Pay Range $47.50 - $71.25 Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Nephrology | Full-Time Join our Nephrology team as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in a full-time role working across two hospital systems. This position offers a diverse clinical experience managing patients in inpatient, outpatient dialysis, and clinic settings, with a focus on chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM No weekends; shared call with physician No after-hours requirements Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Manage acute and chronic kidney-related conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests Provide patient education and promote self-care Ensure accurate documentation and compliance Collaborate with physicians and care teams Prescribe medications per state guidelines Support quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Licensed NP or PA Nephrology experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills
