The Medical Assistant provides essential clinical support to providers by preparing patients, acquiring vital signs, and assisting during exams with procedures like injections and EKGs. This role also involves documenting clinical findings, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, CLIA, and HIPAA regulations.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED to fulfill the duties which include direct patient care, clinical support, and administrative assistance as needed. The position requires demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in all interactions.
