Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or a related specialty. Comfort with outpatient care delivery models. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable working in an electronic medical record (EMR). Preferred Prior experience in pulmonary, respiratory, or chronic disease management.
