Physicians will provide relationship-centered, responsive care to a small patient panel, focusing on quality care, prevention, and developing trusted patient-doctor relationships, particularly for seniors. They will also lead the development and growth of the clinic while delivering high-touch, value-based care.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Required state licensure in Michigan, DEA registration, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory upon hire or within 120 days.
