The Community Engagement Ambassador & Program Navigator serves as a trusted liaison between the Springfield Urban League (SUL) and priority populations within high-need communities. This contractual role focuses on grassroots outreach, health education, and navigation services designed to reduce barriers to care and improve access to health screenings, clinical services, and supportive resources.
Ambassadors play a critical role in advancing health equity by fostering trust, addressing social determinants of health, and ensuring individuals are successfully linked to appropriate care and follow-up services.
