The Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist provides Behavior Review, Comprehensive Behavioral Assessment, and Individualized Behavior Plans for identified populations, including assessment, data collection, and narrative summarizing findings. Responsibilities also involve designing, coordinating, and facilitating behavioral-based assessment and intervention to reduce injuries and increase resident self-management.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Level Degree along with active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification. Two years of experience working with children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance and their families is preferred.
