Provides professional nursing care for patients in a behavioral health extended acute inpatient unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines and acts as the primary nurse for assigned patients.
Part-time (40 hours biweekly)
Evening shift: 7 pm to 7 am or 7 pm to 3 am
Every-other weekend and rotating holidays
Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.

Requires a nursing diploma or associate degree, with a BSN preferred. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
