Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing, part of the University of Vermont Health Network and Porter Medical Center, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Post Acute Care Unit on the night shift.
Our post-acute unit provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, and hospitalization, helping them regain strength and independence before returning home. As a member of our nursing team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care while supporting patients through an important stage of their recovery journey.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN or compact licensure in Vermont. Experience in gerontological nursing and supervision techniques is preferred.
