Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized. 1 years of demonstrated experience Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states Clear background screening Working knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts Valid and current CPR card/certificate with in person instructor led hands on skills check Clear Hep B Screening in applicable states Clear TB Screening in applicable states PREFERRED: STATE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Florida: Illinois: Valid driver license with proof of insurance: Not required. Staff are prohibited from driving patients. Hep B Screening: Not a prerequisite for hire. Completed as part of the onboarding process.
