Position Summary
MultiCare Rockwood Digestive Health Physician Assistant works closely with gastroenterologists to provide care for patients with conditions such as IBS, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, liver disease, and GI cancers. This role involves both clinical and hospitalist support, patient education, and administrative duties. Conduct physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, imaging, endoscopies)
Prescribe medications under physician supervision
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $159,000.00 - $171,200.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
