The role involves coordinating efforts with various health system services to establish streamlined systems for referral management and service recovery, acting as the clinical link between referring physicians and the hospital. Responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, facilitating communication, coordinating logistics like bed placement, and overseeing the intake process to ensure patient readiness for evaluation and care.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree (BSN) and a minimum of three years of nursing experience, along with active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred experience includes specialization in Cardiology or Cardiovascular nursing.
JOB SUMMARY Works under limited supervision to Coordinate efforts with Health System Physician Referring Service, Health System liaisons, RN coordinators and clinic management to provide stream-lined, efficient systems of referral management and service recovery.

Required Education Bachelor's Degree BSN Experience 3 years of nursing experience.
