What You’ll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, safety, and functional independence Provide rehabilitation services at Lamoni Specialty Care and Westview Care Center Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa
