Caregivers will spend quality time with clients providing companionship, assisting with errands, light meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Responsibilities also include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance, while observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition.
Candidates should enjoy meaningful one-on-one interactions, possess patience, dependability, and genuine compassion, and prefer longer shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with caregiving experience and CPR/First Aid certification being beneficial.

Executive Home Care (EHC) in Conway, AR is growing, and we’re looking for Companion Caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and the chance to truly brighten someone’s day. Our caregivers provide non-medical, in-home companionship and personal care to clients throughout Faulkner County, with shifts available in multiple towns and communities.

What You’ll Do: Spend quality time with clients through conversation, reading, games, hobbies, or simply being present
Provide companionship and assistance with errands, appointments, and social outings
Offer cheerful support during meals and assist with light meal preparation
Help maintain a comfortable home environment with light housekeeping and organization
Provide gentle medication reminders (non-medical)
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, mobility assistance, and fall prevention—always with dignity, safety, and respect
Encourage participation in walks, puzzles, hobbies, and other engaging activities
Observe and report any changes in a client’s condition, mood, or routine
Accurately document visits and communicate with the care team

What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Caregiving, companion care, or personal care experience
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
