The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays of the chest, extremities, and spine within the scope of an LMRT license. Responsibilities also include operating imaging equipment, uploading studies to PACS, and providing hands-on clinical support like taking vitals.
Candidates must possess an active LMRT license from the Texas Medical Board and obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Experience in an outpatient or family practice setting is preferred, along with familiarity with PACS and EHR systems.
Valley Day & Night Clinic is seeking a skilled LMRT with medical assistant experience to join our family medicine team. This role combines diagnostic imaging with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Perform X-rays (chest, extremities, spine) within LMRT scope Operate imaging equipment and upload studies to PACS Document procedures in EHR Assist with patient rooming, vitals, and clinical support Collaborate with ARRT-certified technologist for image review and guidance
Active LMRT license (Texas Medical Board) BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire) Experience in outpatient or family practice preferred Familiarity with PACS and EHR systems
