The Clinician supports the mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities. Essential duties include completing all necessary clinical documentation, coordinating services, and maintaining productivity standards.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling, with Massachusetts state licensure being preferred. Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to assess clinical needs and design treatment goals.

The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Flexible schedule based on caseload 16+ hours per week.
Duties: and Responsibilities:
1. Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling. 2. Massachusetts state license preferred. 3. Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb stairs. 2. The employee must be able to drive a vehicle. 3. Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses. 4. Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.
