Spira Care is redefining primary care by placing the focus back where it belongs—on patients and physicians. A physician at Spira Care practices relationship-based medicine in a team-based environment with the time, tools, and support to deliver exceptional care without the pressures of traditional fee-for-service models.

  • Utilize data and evidence-based guidelines to improve outcomes and patient experience
  • Participate in care coordination, population health initiatives, and quality improvement efforts
  • Document care accurately and efficiently using the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Support Spira Care’s mission, values, and patient-first culture
