The Resident Aide will provide compassionate, hands-on care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, eating, and dressing according to the resident's plan of care. Essential functions also include ensuring prompt answering of call lights and maintaining proper documentation and timely charting of resident care.
Candidates should preferably have experience in healthcare or customer service and possess a strong willingness to learn and make a difference in residents' lives. CNA certification is not required but is recognized with a pay differential.
Description As a Resident Aide, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and companionship to our residents. Your day will involve helping them fulfill their quality of life needs and provide assistance with mobility, hygiene, eating, dressing, and all other needs indicated by their plan of care. You will also help to ensure that call lights are answered promptly while monitoring and helping residents as needed.

starting at$16 for the base and $1.50 shift differential for any shifts on 2nd or 3rd *Experience considered
Are you CNA certified? We can add $0.75 per hour to your pay. Certification is not a requirement but we recognize the skill set that can bring to the team.
