The Physical Therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services to children with various needs in home and community settings, including conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also involve educating and supporting families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining timely documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, along with an active Texas Physical Therapy License and CPR Certification. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also mandatory, though PTA supervisory experience is preferred.
