The role involves planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions while meeting department objectives. Essential functions include completing patient evaluations, providing therapy interventions, establishing individualized care plans, and completing accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree if licensed after January 2016, along with active Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states, including Oregon and Washington. A valid Driver's License and current CPR/BLS certification are also mandatory requirements for this position.

We are comprised of a 49-bed hospital, various medical offices, home health, a birthing center and a vast scope of services located throughout The Dalles and the surrounding areas.
