The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for diagnosing and treating common acute illnesses and minor injuries, performing various types of patient visits, and managing chronic diseases. This role also involves prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, performing minor procedures, and providing patient education.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an active Tennessee NP license or eligibility, and possess strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine is preferred.

Community Quick Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our fast-growing outpatient clinic in La Vergne, Tennessee. We provide convenient, affordable primary care and urgent care services for patients of all ages.
This position is ideal for a provider who enjoys treating a wide range of common medical conditions in a fast-paced clinic environment while building strong relationships with patients in the community.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and minor injuries
Perform sick visits, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
Conduct physical exams and preventive care visits
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
Perform minor procedures (suturing, incision & drainage, ear wax removal)
Provide patient education and counseling
Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record
Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
Qualifications: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Board Certified
Active Tennessee NP license or ability to obtain
DEA license or eligibility
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent patient communication skills
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine preferred
