  • What you’ll do
  • Diagnose and treat patients of all ages with comprehensive general dentistry
  • Perform exams, restorative treatment, crown and bridge, extractions, and other general procedures
  • Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
  • Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and ethics
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Mountain Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, [https://www.acceleratedental.com/] a non-corporate dental support organization. Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources so the doctor and clinical team can stay focused on patient care, collaboration, and creating a positive work environment.

This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Mountain Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD from an accredited school and hold an active Wyoming dental license or be eligible for one. Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry, commitment to patient-centered care, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
