The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct and indirect patient care, managing acute health problems and creating treatment plans under a supervising physician using evidence-based protocols. Essential functions include performing physicals, providing health screenings, ordering diagnostic tests, and overseeing specific employee testing like respirator and auditory assessments.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license and at least one year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or an urgent care setting. Required skills include confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, a passion for patient-first healthcare, and excellent communication abilities.
