The therapist will conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in skilled nursing facilities, assessing, diagnosing, and treating various emotional and behavioral health conditions. They must develop evidence-based treatment plans and collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in the state of application, along with effective oral and written communication skills in English. Required abilities include basic proficiency with EHR technology, strong organizational skills for documentation, and the capacity to provide in-person services at assigned facilities.

Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.
