Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Responsible for the safe manipulation of radiographic and computerized tomographical radiological equipment, positioning patients, selection of the technical factors necessary to produce optimum quality radiographic and CT images. Responsible for the tracking of each study and the PACS acquisition of the study performed, properly uses radiation protection devices, cares for patients while performing Radiologic/CT exams, provides procedural care and education for patients, and maintains records and documentation for procedures and the maintenance of the equipment and certifications.
Must possess good physical health. Some requirements include but are not limited to standing, sitting or walking for long periods of time. Lifting at least 50 pounds is required. Must be able to work with a moderate level of noise.

Must be a graduate of an accredited radiology technology program and be A.R.R.T. registered and state licensed by the LSRT. Current BLS certification is required, and one year of multi-slice CT experience is preferred.
