This role involves assisting investigators or higher-level technicians with research studies, experiments, and assays, including data collection, solution preparation, and equipment maintenance. The technician will also maintain research files, assist with data entry, and perform general lab maintenance and cleaning.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with no specific work experience or professional license mandated for this position. Candidates should be passionate, driven, self-motivated, and willing to work hard in a laboratory setting with potential exposure to hazards.

We are a tumor immunology lab that focuses on understanding ways to promote immune system clearance of cancer while preventing resistance to therapy and recurrences. We focus on the tumor immune and vascular microenvironment and how it influences cancer cell growth, especially resistance to therapy. Our work involves basic immunological and cell biology assays, in vivo models, along with human specimens and trials. Our expertise is in radiation and immunotherapy combinations. Seeking passionate and driven individuals who are self-motivated and willing to work hard to obtain our common goal. Assists with laboratory duties in a research setting; performs routine tests with direction from the supervisor, manager or higher-level technician.
Job Description: Primary

Maintains files on research and assists with data entry. Assists with general lab maintenance and cleaning. Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. Must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
