The Nursing Assistant provides clinical support to patient care staff by performing various duties related to patient care, including taking vital signs and assisting patients with daily activities like bathing and feeding. Duties also involve inventory management and specialized tasks such as performing EKGs and Point-of-Care testing.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and have less than one year of relevant work experience. A Basic Life Support certification is required upon hire, while Certified Nurse Aide certification is preferred.
