About the role

The Physical Therapist will review patients' medical histories, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will provide one-on-one patient care, manage pain, and increase mobility through various therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WI) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

About

Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
