The MRI Technologist is responsible for performing MRI procedures using MRI scanners and power injectors to produce diagnostic images. They must ensure the safety and accuracy of the exams while collaborating with healthcare team members.
Candidates must be certified by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB) within the first 90 days of hire. Basic Life Support (BLS for Healthcare Providers) certification is also required.
