**Primarily responsible for Start of Care (Admission) visits. May also have some recertifications or resumption of care visits.

Candidates must have an RN license in the state of employment and two years of experience as a registered nurse, preferably with home health experience. Current driver’s license and CPR/BCLS certification are also required.
