As a Charge Nurse, the individual is responsible for the nursing care of patients on their shift, following the Comprehensive Care Plan and assisting with accurate documentation. This role also involves supervising the direct resident care personnel during the shift.
Applicants must be a licensed and registered professional nurse in the State of Indiana and successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a physical examination. Essential qualifications include comprehensive nursing knowledge, understanding of relevant laws, and competent supervision and leadership skills.
