include the evaluation and delivery of patient care, such as medication administration and treatments, as ordered by a physician and outlined in the plan of care. The Registered Nurse must also conduct regular rounds to monitor residents and maintain accurate medical records during their shift.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and hold a Basic Life Support (BLS) license. The role seeks highly skilled, caring, and compassionate individuals for weekend shifts.
PRN- 6am to 6pm or 10am to 10pm
Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice) Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit. Other tasks as required
