The primary role involves supporting all functions of the mental health pharmacy by dispensing medical prescriptions and performing necessary clerical duties under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities also include managing pharmacy supplies, verifying stock, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring pharmacy compliance with federal and state requirements.
Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess access to reliable transportation along with a valid US driver's license to work onsite 35 hours weekly. Preferred qualifications include an active/unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in New York and National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
