Caregivers are responsible for providing reliable, compassionate, non-medical in-home care, which includes assisting with basic daily needs such as cooking, cleaning, transportation, and offering companionship to elderly clients. Duties also involve assisting with personal care tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Applicants must be able to pass drug tests and background checks, possess a valid driver's license or state ID, and demonstrate great communication skills, flexibility, compassion, and reliability. Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required for this role.
