The Registered Nurse will provide crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages, including assisting with boarders in the emergency department and various inpatient units. This role requires working in a versatile and adaptable capacity within the float pool department, experiencing variety in an ever-changing environment.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and possess a Washington Registered Nurse License and National Provider BLS from the American Heart Association upon hire. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required, with National Certification in the area of specialty being preferred.
What you will be doing: RN - ICU / ED Float Pool - Night Shift Provide crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages. Assist with boarders in the emergency department, step-down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock-down psych, long-term care, and more. Work in a versatile and adaptable role within the float pool department. Experience variety and excitement in an ever-changing work environment. Experience you will need: RN - ICU / ED Float Pool - Night Shift Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year of nursing experience. National Certification in the area of specialty upon hire (preferred).
