Provide clinical services and respond to crisis situations for consumers through phone services, mobile teams, and walk-in centers. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face assessments, de-escalation, and coordinating appropriate referrals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related human services field. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and various clearances, including CPR and Comprehensive Crisis Management certifications.

· Complete Crisis Clinician orientation. · Manage shift caseload with guidance from Lead Clinician. · Build skills in assessment, de‑escalation, documentation, and motivational interviewing. · Use the Electronic Medical Record for information gathering and documentation. · Provide person‑centered, strength‑based supportive counseling. · Work independently and efficiently in a crisis setting. · Support consumers and coordinate appropriate referrals. · Consult with Clinician II on disposition plans. · Advocate for Crisis Residential or Walk‑In program admissions when appropriate. · Meet documentation standards and complete required paperwork. · Conduct face‑to‑face crisis assessments. · Respond to consumer, community, and support‑system calls. · Manage crisis situations using positive intervention approaches. · Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and interdisciplinary activities. · Complete case reviews. · Maintain and support a safe, therapeutic milieu.
