The Recovery Specialist coordinates individualized recovery plans to increase functioning and community integration for clients. Responsibilities include providing individual and group interventions, teaching critical life skills, and linking clients to community resources.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Under the regular supervision of the Program Director and Clinical Supervisor, Community Support Worker helps plan for and coordinate the individual's recovery plan designed to increase functioning and community integration.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the office environment is typical of any office setting/facility and ranges from low to high. May have frequent interaction with individuals in the program and community.
