The Sonographer will perform diagnostic ultrasound, physiologic, and duplex studies on patients of all ages following approved protocols and established exam indicators. This includes scheduling, obtaining patient history, evaluating exam appropriateness, and assisting with procedures, with some expected travel between sites.
Required qualifications include being a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with OB/GYN certification from ARDMS, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, and registration by ARRT and a Bachelor's degree in science or Allied Health are preferred.
